Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Oops Poops (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Oops Poops provides professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties in Cypress, Texas and surrounding areas. Services may include routine pet waste removal, one-time cleanups, and complimentary deodorizing as part of recurring service plans when conditions allow.
2. Scheduling & Service Windows
Services are scheduled by service day, not exact arrival time.
Arrival times may vary due to routing, weather, or operational needs.
We reserve the right to adjust service schedules with notice when necessary.
3. Initial Cleanup Requirement (Recurring Services)
All new recurring service customers are required to complete an initial cleanup prior to the start of ongoing service. The initial cleanup restores the yard to a manageable baseline condition and prepares it for routine maintenance visits.
Initial cleanup pricing is based on selected service frequency and yard condition.
4. Payment Due at Signup
At the time of enrollment in recurring service, the Client agrees to pay:
The initial cleanup fee, and
Prepayment for the first scheduled recurring service visit
Payment must be received in full before any service is performed.
5. Initial Cleanup Pricing & Continuation of Service
Initial cleanup pricing is offered at a discounted rate with the expectation that recurring service will continue beyond the initial visit.
If recurring service is discontinued immediately after the initial cleanup, Oops Poops reserves the right to reclassify the service as a one-time cleanup and adjust pricing accordingly.
6. Skipped Service & Service Gaps
Recurring service pricing assumes consistent, ongoing maintenance.
If a recurring customer skips or pauses service for more than one (1) consecutive week within a three (3) month period, an additional initial cleanup fee may be required before recurring service can resume.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Customer-requested service pauses
Temporary cancellations
Inaccessibility of the yard (locked gates, unsecured pets, or access issues)
The need for a new initial cleanup will be determined based on yard condition at the time service resumes.
7. Pet Safety Policy
For the safety of our technicians and your pets:
All dogs must be kept inside the home and completely away from the backyard during service.
If a dog has access to the yard at the time of service, we reserve the right to skip the service.
Skipped services due to pet access will still be charged, as time and labor were reserved.
This policy applies regardless of the dog’s size, breed, temperament, or familiarity with people.
This policy is non-negotiable.
8. Yard Access & Conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Gates are unlocked and accessible
Yards are free from hazards (extremely tall grass that obstructs path, standing water, aggressive pests, sharp objects, excessive debris, etc.)
If yard conditions are deemed unsafe, service may be skipped and charged.
9. Pet Waste Disposal Policy
Oops Poops does not currently offer haul-away or off-site disposal of pet waste. All collected pet waste will be securely bagged and disposed of in the customer’s on-site trash bin unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By enrolling in service, the Client authorizes Oops Poops to dispose of collected pet waste in their trash bin and acknowledges that no haul-away services are provided at this time. If a trash bin is not accessible, service may be skipped and charged.
10. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including, but not limited to, heavy rain, lightning, flooding, or extreme heat. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations or missed services due to access issues may be charged in full.
Initial cleanup fees and prepaid service visits are non-refundable once service has been completed.
Prepaid recurring visits not yet performed may be refunded or credited at the Company’s discretion.
Repeated access issues or violations may result in service termination.
12. Pricing, Billing & Payments
Pricing is based on yard size, service frequency, number of pets, and disclosed yard conditions.
Payment is required for all scheduled services and may be billed automatically according to the selected plan.
For recurring services, billing is performed as follows:
Once-per-week clients are billed after each completed service visit.
Twice-per-week clients are billed after the second completed service visit of the week.
Invoices will reflect only services that have been successfully completed.
Failed or declined payments must be resolved promptly to continue service. Oops Poops reserves the right to pause or terminate service for non-payment.
13. One-Time Cleanings & Pricing Adjustments
One-time cleanup services often involve heavier accumulation of pet waste and require a minimum deposit of $100, which will be applied toward the final service cost.
Final pricing is based on yard condition, size, and waste accumulation.
If actual yard conditions differ significantly from what was disclosed, Oops Poops reserves the right to:
Adjust pricing prior to beginning work
Reschedule service
Decline service
No work will begin without approval of any pricing changes.
Deposits for one-time cleanups are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled service date.
14. Dog Count & Yard Condition
Recurring service pricing includes up to three (3) dogs.
Yards with four (4) or more dogs, or yards with excessive buildup, may require adjusted pricing. Oops Poops reserves the right to reassess pricing if actual conditions differ materially from what was disclosed at signup.
15. Complimentary Deodorizing
Complimentary deodorizing may be included with recurring services when conditions allow. It is not guaranteed during severe weather or unusual yard conditions and does not guarantee complete odor elimination.
16. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn damage, discoloration, or normal wear caused by pets.
We do not guarantee complete removal of odors, especially in high-pet or weather-affected environments.
17. Liability & Indemnification
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure fencing and gates.
Oops Poops is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by unsafe property conditions, undisclosed hazards, or failure to follow pet safety policies.
By using our services, Clients agree to indemnify and hold Oops Poops harmless from claims arising out of property conditions or pet behavior.
18. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, repeated policy violations, non-payment, or misrepresentation of yard conditions.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting service, submitting forms, approving quotes, or allowing service to be performed, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
